Pregnancy is a very exciting and special life stage for a woman, and I am passionate about helping to support you during this time and beyond. As your body undergoes physical and emotional changes, it is important to take time for you. The rest and relaxation a massage can provide are not only beneficial to your health but to your baby too.

Changes will be occurring globally throughout your body, physically, emotionally and hormonally and these changes may be surprising or uncomfortable for you. My massage aims to help ease your muscles as they adapt to your new posture and reduce any pain or discomfort. It also provides you valuable ‘down-time’ to rest and rebalance and feel in control and connected to the changes you are experiencing.

It is key to allow your body time to adjust and rest

After the baby is born, post-natal massage helps to alleviate any pain and discomfort that may still be present from your pregnancy or that are now present due to your role as new Mum! Posture, tiredness and carrying not only the baby, but car seats and bags and everything else necessary can take its toll on your neck, shoulders and back and this area can need some particular attention.

Please contact me if you have any questions regarding post-natal treatment.
