Shamanic Healing

Shamanic healing is deeply rooted in many cultures around the world, and though it can vary slightly in form and practices, certain aspects are found throughout. The connection to the natural world, reverence to Mother Earth (Pachamama) and living in balance with our environment is fundamental worldwide.

My Shamanic practice is founded in the South American traditions of the Q’ero people of Peru, a highly spiritual people that follow an ancient Shamanic line.

During a healing session, we work together with your spirit and animal guides as well as ancestral and natural energies to facilitate your healing. There is no set recipe or process as each individual will have their own unique blocks and areas of dis-ease within their energy fields.

We will have a discussion before the healing commences and I will be guided, intuitively and by spirit guides, as to what tools and techniques to use for your highest good. This can include, but is not limited to, energetic chakra clearance and balancing, cord cutting, inner child healing and energy extraction.

In most Shamanic healings, you will be taken on a Shamanic journey, much like a guided meditation, to a beautiful place of healing and held in this sacred space whilst the healing occurs. We will be in constant communication with each other and I will be able to guide you throughout the process.

Due to the deep work involved in this type of healing, it is not uncommon to release long held sadness, anger, fear and other heavy energetic blocks and this can be an emotional experience. This is all part of the healing and you are safe to surrender to these feelings in order for them to be transmuted and no longer held in your energy field.
